Robbers, want money by force, harasses

In June I received a call from Nashua asking if I would like an ipad, my reply was yes since I was considering buying one, so it was delivered to me but it didn't have a sim card it was using wifi only to connect to internet and was told I can return it to nearest branch, which I did take to Nashua The Glen Mall and exchanged to Samsung ipad 3 months later Nashua still deduct from my account for that same ipad that was returned I've been to the branch many times they sent emails to Head office but nothing has happened still this month Nashua tried to deduct again a big amount that didn't go through messing up my statement. Last month a lady Welhemina from head office said I should go to branch and we should phone her, I went the next day she was in a meeting her colleagues were useless didn't want to help I stayed at branch for 2 hours this Welhemina character was still unavailable this is my 2nd complaint on Hello Peter Nashuas response didnt have action, I'll keep writing complaint and sending to everyone that I know on facebook so they can see how Nashua Robs and harasses people
