June in 2011 I was due for an upgrade from Autopage. I sontacted them, a Sharon Naidoo helped me to upgrade to a new Blackberry, but I down graded my package from a Top Up 500 to a top up 200. At that stage I still had about R800.00 airtime available. Sharon confirmed that the migration will only be done on the 10th of June, and then I will be credited on what airtime was left over. On the morning of the 6th I wanted to make a call, but ALL my airtime was gone? I emailed Sharon and asked what is going on. She did not respond. I phoned the call centre, but as usual there is always a high call volume, I held the line for more that 30 minutes, so I decided ton drop the phone. On the 7th I emailed her again, without a response as well as on the 8th of June. On the 8th she responded with: Please be advised that the upgrade migration will only be effective from 10/06/2011, you are not on a new package as yet and that does not effect you having no airtime. You will need to contact customer service to enquire and see what happened and this is not because of the upgrade. In the meantime no airtime was loaded on my phone.
