MTN FAIL TO HELP FOR 6 DAYS

WELL THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO SAY THIS: I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MTN, I RECEIVED MY NEW CONTRACT NOKIA LUMIA 720 WITH A MICRO SIM ON 18 JUNE 2013.I CALLED MTN ON 21 JUNE 2013 TO ACTIVATE THE SIM FOR ME AND TODAY IS 25 JUNE 2013 AND MY SIM IS STILL INACTIVE.THE CONTRACT STATES IT TAKE ONLY 2 DAYS FOR ACTIVATION BUT I'M WAITING ALMOST 5 DAYS.I CALLED THEM ON 808 AND 0831233667 -15 TIMES AND WENT TO A MTN SHOP IN THE GOLDFIELDS MALL IN WELKOM IN THE FREE-STATE AND STILL NOTHING.THE MTN CONSULTANTS THAT I CALLED SAID TO ME IT'S A RICA PROBLEM THEN IT'S A USSD PROBLEM THEN IT'S A SIM SWAP PROBLEM AND I DID'NT ASKED FOR A SIM SWAP IT'S A NEW NUMBER.THEN THEY SAID THE MTN NUMBER DOES'NT MATCH WITH THE SIM NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE SIM CARD.SO WHERE IS THE PROBLEM? MTN SHOULD HAVE RICA THE SIM NOT ME IF THAT'S THE PROBLEM BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE.NOW I REMBER WHY I CHANGED THE FIRST TIME FROM MTN TO ANOTHER NETWORK BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE AT MTN.I'VE GOT THIS NICE PHONE BUT CAN'T USE IT BUT THE 1ST OF JULY THEY WANT PAYMENT.IT IS NOW 1PM 25 JUNE 2013 AND STILL MY SIM IS INACTIVE...
