WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I took out an iphone 4s out on the same weekender contract about a year ago. No one informed me that this contract differs from previous weekender contracts as in the case of damage that the cost of repairs would be mine and not Vodacom (Against the CPA). Luckily 3 months ago i took out additional insurance through useless Cell sure. ICall centre says i (not the person who's the contract holder at Vodacom) can take the phone to the lakeside mall repair shop. Not the case when i get to lakeside mall (1 hour of my time wasted).
after a week i get as response that the damage costs more then a new phone but that the phone has been discontinued and i would need to select a different phone or pay in R5000 to get the upgrade version iphone 5. Cellsure informed that they do have stock another blatant lie (Against the CPA).
Call centre says my phone is ready to be collected at lakeside mall. i arrive and it's still enroute from Vodaworld (1 more hour wasted.).
No one knows whats going on. This when other competitors are eating into your market share due to your ridiculous rates ie cellc. You have lost a 10yr old customer.i have written to the commissioner regarding your unlawful actions.
