WRONG INFORMATION, BAD SERVICE, ETC

My blackberry froze up on me and I took it into cellc lakeside mall benoni. The shop assistant said it would have to go in for repairs and would take 20 odd days. I said how much is it going to cost and she said nothing. I have two contracts with Cell C for over 5 years. anyway we fill in paper work and send it off, a few days later i get an sms for a quote of? R750.00 for repairs - do I accept the quote or not?!!! No I do not accept the quote. I phoned in and spoke to a gentleman by the name of justin and he told me it was because the phone was not under warranty and that i should complain to the manager of Cellc at lakeside.
When i was originally at the store I asked the assistant if there was any way I could upgrade early... my upgrade was available in November this year... she said no, I then asked her what should I do as I have a two year old and cannot go without a phone? She told me that could always take out another contract?! I have TWO already for myself and my husband why would I want another one?
So instead of creating a seen I left the store and have ended up buying another cell for cash from another vender. This is unacceptable service!!!
