Promise made to assist with porting of phone no

After I have reacted on the advertisement that 8ta will assist in the porting of my cell no. from my old service provider to my new contract with 8ta nothing has happened.

I feel frustrated as it has been 2 months now with numerous e mails to the sales staff that is very willing to help, but they just past the bucket as they say it is all with Joburg. I don't know Joburgs cell no otherwise I will phone him myself.

Problem is that I need to walk with two phones. I took two contracts with 8ta with the idea to use the old phone for the one sim and contract to supply my employee with. That is now not possible as I still need the phone for incoming calls with the number that needs to be ported. In the meantime the sim and contract for my employee is not used as I need to use the phone because 8ta promised to assist with the porting of the number and it is not happening. The last mails I have sent to sales they did not even reply to as they just blame Joburg. If Joburg cant do it they must just tell me that Joburg is not capable or don"t want to do it or he's been retrenched or whatever then I would understand.

Can you please speak to Joburg and tell him that I am getting furious.
