I gave my phone in at my 8ta dealership for repairs, i have been the owner for 2 months and have been having numerous problems with them. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for my phone and no one can tell me where the phone is and how long it will take for my phone to delivered to me to the shop. I feel the staff is incompetent in general questioning and I feel that they need a better system to be in place in traking the phones where abouts. 8ta's services and feedback is very poor, please help.
