Worst ISP Ever!

Good day,

We recently subscribed with afrihost ISP with a 4mbs ADSL line and... We have not yet received a stable adsl line it barely synchronizes at 4094kbps (Netgear Router Site) and we have phoned numerous times in connection with this problem. Today I phoned Afrihost to log yet another complaint and they brought it to my attention that there has been over 30 drops in the last 3 weeks. What surprises me is the fact that the problem was not looked into AT ALL.
