I have received an e-mailed "Usage" statement from [Email Removed] which contains information about a service called "Post-Paid Billing" which permits additional data above the "Bundle" to be paid for on an as-used basis. The amount is added to the monthly account.
Trying 10210 for a number of times to get this added was merely frustrating - no-one spoken to on any occasion had any knowledge of the service. They either terminated the call or placed it back in the queue! I have now tried the [Email Removed] - but there is no response from them.
Does anyone know how to reach someone at Telkom who knows what they sell, and has the authority to amend my account??? Please don't suggest more hours at 10210~!
