My 2 Business ADSL lines fail to re-connect once it is disconnected for whatever reason. This caused a 4 day outage over the Easter weekend which was fixed the following Tuesday, however, after disconnecting the lines again this Friday the same problem persists with telephone/Email support unable to rectify it. These lines are supposed to be able to connect 1 concurrent connection from anywhere but won't even reconnect to the same ADSL line wen connection is lost. Tomorrow we'll start the frustration all over... When using another Afrihost account the ADSL router connects 1st time, but my accounts don't work... this is unacceptable.
