After sending an e-mail responding from an advert on the TV for Life Insurance a guy contacted me on the 7th of March 2013. We finished everything and he said that I will receive the policy documents via e-mail within 24 hours and the original documents posted to me. On the 10th of April I contact Clientelle via e-mail [Email Removed] because I did'nt received any documents. An automated response was received on the 11th of April 2013 stating that somebody will contact me within 24 hours. I still waiting! They didn't hesitate to collect my first premium. Is this good or bad service and will my family also have problems receiving the money when I'm dead??
