On 25 June we received a sms that the 2013 tax certificate would be sent either by mail or e-mail. No such document was received. After an unsuccessful attempt to enquire telephonically at their call centre, we have sent 8 e-mail requests to their enquiries e-mail address. Every time we receive an acknowledgement of receipt and a promise of response within 48 hours. This is now carrying on for two months, which I find totally unacceptable.
