Not available to speak me nor responding to e-mail

On the 29th of April I contacted the Standard Bank home loan department on 0860 123 001 and spoke to Faith Sehurutse. She could not get my inquiry right so I asked to speak to someone that can assist me. She said that they do not take phone calls and that I have to send an e-mail to [Email Removed] .
I then received an automated reply stating that my e-mail was received and that I would receive a reply within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). I then sent another e-mail on the 2nd of May, no response. Today is the 8th of May, still no response. I contacted Standard Bank because I received a much better offer from FNB and I thought Standard Bank might be keen to retain me as I client, guess I was wrong. FNB here I come.
