I am an Undergraduate Bcom student at Unisa and I am currently in finishing off 2nd and 3rd year subjects.
The closing date for the 1st semester registration was on the 25 January 2013. I attempted to register on the 25 January 2013 from 6:30pm to 10:00pm with no success. It looked like that the Unisa website/ server had crashed. I sent an e-mail to the relevant e-mail addresses provided which included of a screen dump of the error (I received this error on numerous occasions when I tried to register for the 3 and half hours as proof of my attempts) as well as an explanation of my dilemma. This e-mail was sent to the following e-mail addresses: [email protected] and [email protected] on the 25 January 2012 at 10:01PM to which I received confirmations of the acknowledgement of the receipt of my e-mails. The registration time has since long closed and I sent another e-mail to the very same e-mail addresses on the 7 February 2013 and once again received no feedback. All I want to do is register for this semester.
