Hi.
I got an upgrade on the 3rd of Jan 2013, only to have experience the Sony Go to stop working 8 days later. I took it in to the MTN at Westgate Mall to be exchanged, only to have it booked in for repairs. They said it was a software problem and that it would take, at most, 21 days to fix. I kept calling the technical call centre to find out how far along they were with the repairs, only to be sent from pilliar to post. I called several times only to be told the same story about how they are waiting for spare parts from Sony. I am extremely annoyed at their laid back approach to fixing a phone. I can't be expected to be paying for a cellphone that isn't even with me, and It's highly unprofessional for a service provider like MTN to fail to inform me of the advancement or lack of repairing my cellphone. I am sick and tired of waiting for this cellphone. plus their pathetic 21 days has already lapsed. Where is the cellphone?
