I purchased a 2GB 12 month smart data voucher on 03/10/2012.
I have not received my 2GB since April 2013 and my bundle should only expires in September 2013.
I called customer care, they put me through to technical department and they advised that i should do a sim swop. i have done 2 sim swops already and my last swop was done at the Tygervally Mall walk in center. There they tested my sim and we even tried loading loading airtime to change to data, but it did not work. While at the walk in centre, the cell c staff called customer care, but they where also not able to fix the problem.
I have several ref. no.s and my last number given was 3041103403.
