I recently took my Blackberry 9320 in because it kept rebooting itself. It is still under warranty. MTN phoned to say the phone was damaged "inside" which I dispute as I had never opened the phone or taken it elsewhere for repair. They wanted me to pay R1800 to have it repaired, I obviously said no as I believe the phone should have been repaired regardless. They then sent the phone back to store whereby I collected it. But now the phone does not even want to come on, screen stays blank. I suspect they damaged the phone even more now. I am totally upset by this kind of service and want to know who I can contact to help sort this out.
