I had bought a pre-paid 12 month 2 gig Cell C data card during June 2013. The data had been loading on the 28th of each month. It is now the 4th of Feb, and no data has been loaded. That is more than a week late. I use this smart card in my I-Pad, and its very inconvenient not to have access to the internet for work purposes.
When phoning the customer care line, absolute no help was provided, and after asking to speak to the supervisor on duty, my line was cut.
This is horrendous service!
