Incorrect billing, poor service without resolution

Problem 1: I upgraded my contract and was due to be credited a pro rata data bundle which never arrived. During that time I loaded my own bundles for usage (At a higher cost). I was not even notified that there was a problem until I called 808 for assistance. I was told that this will be credited to me, Im still waiting and its the 30th of October.
Problem 2: I loaded a data bundle today 30/10 and used various apps that consume data. What happened was that the data bundle was not used but the usage came off my airtime instead. So i ask myself what is the point of loading the datat bundle when its going to use my airtime. ( /- R90 was used up).
When i called in for assistance, i was told that it was an error which had to be reset but in terms of correcting my airtime balance, at best it will happen on the 21st of November! So until such time, when my airtime runs out soon, i'll need to Top up by buying prepaid vouchers and paying double the rate out of bundle!!
Im sorry but i cannot accept this! Every mistake that you make is at the customer's expense with no recourse or compensation.
Ive used MTN since 2004 and would consider myself a loyal customer and deserve better.
