Cell C
Cell C should be shut down

I have on many occasions reported Cell C for bad signal and coverage. I have filled out forms, spoken to call centre agents and NOTHING has changed.

I have now for over a week had people saying my phone goes to voice mail when I have a supposed full signal. I cannot access my data. This all happens in Sunninghill and many other parts of Sandton. I am losing huge amounts of business due to Cell C. I have never experienced such problems. I went into a Cell C shop over the week end and asked the sales person about the coverage. She said it was excellent. Does Cell C realise that misrepresenting the public is against the law.

I now have to move back to Vodacom.. I will pay more but at least be able to use my phone. Cell C you should be embarrassed and who ever runs the company should be fired!
