I have a a contract with Cell C and I have absolutely no signal at my house. A Cell C technician has just been to my house and has confirmed that the network coverage is extremely poor and not even a booster would work.
The technician says there is a planed tower for the area but cannot give me a time frame when this will be put up. I find this unacceptable as I am paying for a contract I basically cannot use! I want to know what Cell C is going to do about this!
The area is Stamford Street, Parklands, Cape Town.
