I did a network migration from MTN to CELL C and paid a hefty penalty to MTN as Cell C had cheaper call rates and it shows that there is 3G network coverage everywhere in the Durbanville area, on the Cell C site
the deal was taken out in July 2012 and since then I have been complaining re my coverage - drop calls - signal issues - phone swaps, sms not going through - eventually the technician was sent to my house and they confirmed that the area I stay (Durbanville) has no signal - more calls - more emails - more meetings, another phone swap and the technician was sent out again just to confirm the second time in 18 months there is no signal - i then requested a booster - just to be advised there is none and that i have to wait another 2 - 3 weeks
I just want my issues to be sorted - as i feel they reply to all my queries with answers so that i can keep my mouth shut, but it never gets resolved
