Since September 2012 I have been having problems with Vodacom. I have been trying to set a call limit (which i requested when I got my current contract) I even have confirmation in email from their executive care division. Yet dispite this and multiple instore, and call centre queries as well as emails to customer care, there is no record of a call limit ever being set.
If you have to get a Vodacom contract opt for a topup contract because Vodacom will not honour requests for a call limit. I suggest opting for cell C. They are a lot cheaper than Vodacom, and seem to be able to sort out problems they cause.
