1) RIDICULOUSLY slow download speeds => 16.2 Kb/s on Sunday
2) called call-center Thursday 13 June 2013 asked ameeke to reset port - she told me to switch on the router and then she hung up on me... at 16:16pm
3) TELEPHONE DIRECTORY: why is my firstname and surname and full address visible in the phone-book?
I am the only person whose full name is visible - WHY? Do you realise how many stalkers, heavy-breathers, burpers I have calling me at odd hours of the day and night as a result of your listing?
4) Am I entitled to a new router as I'm still within my 2 year contract?
