My phone was blocked and contract not cancelled

On the 7th June 2013 my sister went. Nozincwadi Clara Makeke went to Nashua Mobile to apply for a cellphone contract. The consultant by the name of Miranda who was helping her took all the required documents from her toProcess the application. She was approved and she wanted to take Samsung galaxy but was told an sms will be Sent to her when the phone is delivered in the store. They switched the sim card she's been using to contract. The no is 083753 7703 Terms and conditions were not read she was just told to sign on the signature pad.after she left the shop mega bites were sent to her and R600 airtime was sent after a day but the phone was still in the shop.she went back to enquire about that because she couldn't use the phone anymore she was told by the consultant that it was a system problem but she requested the contract to be cancelled the consultant told her they will do so but R100 willl be debited because of the paper work that was already done. They both agreed on that until yesterday she received a call from 0787462209 it was a guy who was telling her to come collect the phone if not she will have to pay an amount of R5000. Please help as she want the contract cancelled.
