Cell C Get It - I dont GET IT!

I joined the Cell C get it programme in September 2012 in hope to use the added benefits offered under 2-4-1 movie tickets and experiences. Since I joined I have enquired about how to pay for the tickets I would like to purchase as I do not have a credit or cheque card. Only a savings account. 10 Months after paying the subscription every month and trying to get clarity I have now been advised that I cant use the service then if I cant pay by credit or cheque card. Shocked that a big enterprise like cell C has not made allowance for ppl without these cards for payment yet they take the subscription fee monthly. I have been advised that there is no way an eft can be accepted - thus I am requesting a full refund of all subscription fee's paid to date as I feel this was false advertising on Cell C's behalf as no alllowance has been made for me to use the service I signed up for.
