I took my car in for claim assessment after my 70kg Boerbul damaged my vehicle trying to dig out a female jack russel which was on heat. Upon arrival at Easyway Assessment Centre in Bryanston, Raymond was very courteous, welcoming and warm, yet very professional. He took note of every detail of my report back. On 29 August 2013, I received a call to come by their offices as there are issues to check, unbeknown to me, Raymond had arranged a "Doggy" pack to sooth my mood. In the pack was a water gun (to shoot my dog as payback, I remember saying during the incident report, that I was so furious I could have shot the dog for what it did), BIG chews for the dog to keep it away from the car and various other humorous goodies. This is for me going the extra mile, customer care and empathy, yet professional. I want to thank Raymond for this outstanding service, quick turnaround in providing the report to the insurer and this "personal" touch and making me laugh again. RAYMOND, you are the KING man.
