I would like to compliment the Philwest Volkswagen team on their excellent service and going the extra mile this past week: Biggels, Steve, Raymond van der Westhuizen and Daleen Toerien.
I was able to successfully and easily trade in my car for a new Volkswagen Polo Vivo thanks to the speedy and efficient service I experienced at Philwest.
This Volkswagen branch is really on the ball and makes things so easy for a young working person, like myself, to buy a new car.
Daleen did more than what was expected of her, obtaining various car financing quotes for me and ensuring that I ordered all the extras I wanted in my new car; Steve came to my workplace in Cape Town to evaluate my car which meant I didn't have to take time off work; Raymond and his team arranged for the "smash and grab" to be put on my car, as well as registered my car at the traffic department. To top it off, Raymond and Daleen delivered my new car to my office and took my old car back for the trade-in.
The process for all of this to happen took 3 days! I still can't believe how quick it was to get a new car, especially before the Easter long weekend.
