It's now 3 weeks that they can't do a number swap because they are changing their system. They hope to be able to do it by end of June but aren't sure if it will happen by then?

DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH MISERY, DO NOT GET OR RENEW A VIRGIN MOBILE CONTRACT!!!
