Incorrect billing

After spending hours on the phone with various people at the Cell C call center to get my account sorted out after upgrading I was overcharged this month.

It seems that the contract you sign does not mean anything to Cell C. I am very disappointed and wish I could cancel my contract because I have only had trouble with Cell C.
