Our number is in their system, but can't get back, or swap. We had hello card number in cellc, and signed a contract with mtn to port to them, but the contract didn't get through, so the number come back to cellc now. but when we come back to cellc store in fourways, they said the number in their system but can't swap, and we should come to Virgin Mobile. It's ridiculous. Anyway we went to Virgin mobile in Clearwater, they said the number is not in their system. And then we came back to cellc in northgate the same day. An india lady who work there said I can't get the number back, no matter which sim card we want, Cellc or hello card. We took two new hello card with us, and she asked where we get them, and then she tried to RICA it, but it didn't exist.
My question is: COULD I GET THE NUMBER 0734363082 BACK?
