Extremely disappointed loyal custome

I have the Samsung Galaxy S4, with which I have had problems since after the first 7 working days from receiving the phone. I received my phone in June 2013. I have been experiencing the following problems with my phone:
1. The unit gets extremely hot while using it (whether I'm only using data, GPS of Wi-Fi) it heats up and actually burns me.
2. The unit gets extremely hot when charging
3. Sometimes the unit doesn't charge
4. Unit reboots itself
5. Unit freezes without any reason while not in applications
6. Camera freezes
7. Camera doesn't auto focus
8. Camera blurs on photos and doesn't focus when using zoom function
9. Upon playing music, no sound is coming out from the headphones or speaker

I took the phone to the Samsung walk in centre in Century City where they "fixed" my phone. Only to discover that I'm still experiencing similar problems and now my phone is getting hotter than before.

I waited 3 weeks for them to contact me with regards to the parts they ordered so that they could fix my phone, only to have them replace the faulty motherboard with another faulty motherboard and now I have to sit with a broken phone for another 14 to 21 working days.
