Samsung charging ridiculous amount to back up data

I have a brand new Samsung S4 mini. It started giving problems a week ago. I took it to vodaworld and was referred to samsung in roodepoort for a "fix while you wait". When i got to roodepoort I had to hear it will take 2 days to fix my phone.

Then more bad news I HAVE TO PAY R285 TO HAVE MY DATA BACKED UP!!! And they dont have loan Phones. it cost me another R49 to buy a sim converter to be able to use my old phone.

It is a hardware problem, SAMSUNG's fault not mine and yet i have to pay R285 to keep my data. this is a rip off. your phone is faulty why must i carry the cost.

This is the first and LAST samsung device i will ever own.
