WOW incompetence at it best

I placed an order with [URL Removed] on the 07/06/2013. Order ID: 29382 only to get a call a week later from Lungani Ngiba to say they had not received a payment from me. But when later checked they had received the proof of payment and i had a read receipt on the 10/06/2013. i then phoned to confirm the order on the 14/06/2013 and was given the Tracking number for RAM Hand to hand couriers ZA025532. they we supposed to deliver that Friday but said they could not find the address. Funny that, as the driver had phoned to confirm the address at 11:00. i then phoned core to find out what was happening and could not reach anyone. Then came Tuesday the 18/06/2013 when Finally RAM arrived and delivered "oh wait for it" the wrong products. After much calming down, i phoned Lungani Ngiba at "CORE" and asked what was going on.. with no intelligent answer coming i waited. come Wednesday when i am promised RAM will deliver the correct items. only to have them turn up to collect the wrong stuff and then leave half of the order behind. i cannot believe the incompetence that is and has been shown. i could have ordered the product from abroad and received it quicker. regards. disappointed.
