I have placed an order on 24 September 2013, payment was done, and proof of payment was forwarded to them, but there was no response if they did received payment or proof of payment. I gave them time and I phoned them after two weeks the lady told me that my order was not on stock, and they did tell me that, then I decided to change the product, sent an email phoned them but there keep on promising to reply on my email. last week in Thursday the lady promised that the order will be posted on Friday morning and they will send a trace number but that didn't happened, yesterday I spoke to the lady in charge she said she was on maternity leave, but promised to send a trace number, and alternative contact details was requested but the lady said they won't be able to pick-up the fone because there are very busy at the shop. I'm very disappointed about their service, it's been two month now but my order has not arrived, what wrong with this company.
