CNA and their empty promises

Last week we bough two Wii U Zombie Editions over CNA's online store. Shortly afterwards we received an email of confirmation. On Friday the 14th, a CNA representative phoned us, took our address of delivery and promised us that the Wii U's will be sent in the next 2 - 5 working days.

Yesterday, the 20th of June, we followed up with the reference number that were given to us (2009483). We soon came to notice that CNA had no idea what we were talking about to the point where each individual we came in contact with, had a different story.

When we phoned them today we received a new reference number (2106130288/GO). They now promised us that they would deliver the Wii U's on Monday the 24th. Shortly afterwards we phoned again to confirm the address of delivery where we were told that they now did not have any stock available.

A CNA representative by the name of Prennel promised that she will phone us before 17:00 today (22nd of June), to sort out the mess, that also did not happen. We want the product that we paid for, which is the Wii U Zombie edition. If CNA does not have any Wii U's in stock, order new stock from Core, or give us a Wii U with another game. Please phone me.
