5 hours after fault cleared - re-occurrence. Hold 10 minutes for call centre then got cut off. 1 hour trying no reply 10201 stays engaged. Local Telkom direct says not their problem and is no closing shop. Gladys says she can't give me any contact person from technicians either. Is this what I pay R1000/m for. The original fault now for more than 3 months. Still waiting for some or other customer care to respond. Late fault 32CTK020613 loaded 2 June 2013 and closed 7 June 2013 without consultation.
I invite a senior consultant to PLEASE speak to me.
No wonder Telkom share taking a dive.
Wake up. Get Competent people. Change your Attitude. Man you call centres.
