I logged an online query on the Telkom website to report a fault with the landline. I only received an sms on the same day with a reference number and no communication from Telkom since then. In the mean time I am without a landline and adsl connection which I am still required to pay for at the end of the month.
Can someone please put some urgency to this matter as it is unacceptable for such a long turn around time. That is just poor service.
