I specifically ordered an iPhone 16 gig (Black) and they delivered a white phone 18 June
which i could only see after opening the box, now Tshifhiwa Sirwali tells me I should not have opened the box
however its not written colour written on the box
secondly i am now offline because he is saying I should not use the phone
I clearly explained to him that my job requires me to be online
my sim has been swopped for a micro sim which i now cannot use on my previous phone
since it uses a normal sim
this is an inconvenience to me and i now cannot do business and i don't know when they will swop me for a new phone
