I would simply like to WARN EVERYONE of the WRETCHED customer service you WILL from NASHUA MOBILE. Lol more like useless-Mobile. I applied for a new contact online. I was made to wait 2 WEEKS for the first contact. C'mon need I say more!! They sent me forms via email, which I filled in and emailed back to them within in 2 days. They took a week and a half to reply to me to say, I have not met the minimum credit vetting score. They did NOT ask to check my credit history, so how the could they say that to me!! I earn more than enough to know that I do meet the minimum credit vetting score. On top of this, they guy that helped me, Tshifhiwa Sirwali, seemed like a rookie. Highly DISAPPOINTING!!! Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else besides nashua (Useless) Mobile. I was advised not to use them but thought that I would give them a chance... boy was I WRONG! There is nothing they can say or do in future to change my mind. I WILL be advising ANYONE who asks me about getting a new cell phone, NOT to even consider nashua (Useless) Mobile.
