Since the day i was approved the Samsung Galaxy S4 I waited an entire full month before receiving the handset! When it was finally delivered yesterday i discovered it was the wrong colour! I had requested white but instead received black! The colour might be of insignificance to you but i would like to believe that when you ordering a phone of a certain value, and especially when you take a full month to deliver that at least you will have the correct colour delivered to the client. Making matters worse that since the day the phone was approved i would receive calls every week from your call centre requesting different documents to be sent! But a full month is ridiculous. And to have the wrong colour even more so. i have not opened the delivery box. all i feel like doing is chucking the phone in the bin. this has been the most utter disappointing experience. and to think that this is the first time i have opened a contract with you.
Even more appalling is that i emailed their customer care, it is a day later and still no response.
