Tshediso Modise going the extra mile

I have a Data Simcard, and while it works perfectly on my tablet, it doesn't seem to be able to do ANYTHING on a phone (Nothing, Nada, None)!

Signing up for 8ta self service requires a confirmation code that gets sms'd to your device. As my tablet doesn't have SMS functionality, I had to put it into a phone. I spoke to a chat agent on their website as I couldn't actually make a free call from my Cell C number. The waiting time for a chat agent was less than 10 seconds (Which I found really great) and she also tried to set a few things on my phone. However, everything requires fetching information from 8ta, and with no service, this was impossible. She told me to call the data centre. As I complained that I don't want to pay for the call, she called me, and put me through to the data centre.

I was greeted by Mr Tshediso Modise who stayed on the line while I kept switching simcards between my tablet and phone! Although the problem was never resolved, he explained to me in detail why, and gave me really great advice. If I could give Tshediso a box of chocolates for his patience and help, I would! I hope 8ta knows how lucky they are to have him as an employee! So thanks for the help!
