My wife had a phone that she really enjoyed, so we got the phone insured with MTN insurance dept.
On Sunday the 12th Jan 2014, the phone had been from her. Since then I have tried to submit my claim form. We have faxed it to 011 912 5122, a number of time and paid R 22.50 each time, but when we contact the insurance the computer says that they did not receive it. I have even sent it via email but still no luck.
All that we require is for MTN to rectify our problem.
