Nomonde was kind enough to blak list my phone after i lodge a complaint on Hello Peter with one call. I have to say she was very understanding and assisted me effictively. That being said after strugelling for a week to black list my phone my insurance has now advised that I am unable to claim due to the 48 hours that lapsed which I informed the call center about when I contacted them whilst i was at the police station . i want to know why my service provider did not assist me on my first call as Nomonde from MTN did Why did i have to make numerous calls and still not receive assitance. I would also like to know how MTn is going to rectify this matter as I was not at fault and now have to carry the financial implications that could have been avoided if proper client service was provided
