I made a claim for a plumbing on the 4th of March, up until now i have not been assisted. I have been calling each and every week in vain, being told this and that. I finally suggested my own plumber because is seemed they were not able to assist with their own plumber, they advised me to sent through a quote of which i did. Nomonde with her BAD attitude called and said she will look into it after i had fax a complaint.
She never called again, I phoned again and spoke to Abdul who said they will send a letter to sign and within 2days money will deposited into the account less excess. None of that happened. I phoned again and spoke to ABdul and he said he will send that letter asap and then fix 24 will come and look at the roof. Non of that happened.
I phoned again and spoke to Vanessa who said they will call me back and never did. I called today again and was advised to contact fix 24 and Harold advised he is still waiting for IWYZE to send him a job card because NOMONDE sent a wrong thing and they cannot process. Yet Ive been paying my premium without fail for over 3years with no claim. I am wondering what will happen they day i have an accident. I dont know how to handle this
