Anch consultants needs proper training

Last week i reported that my cell phone was and requested repairs. unfortunately on monday 18/02/2013 i was admitted into hospital where my cell phone was out of my hand bag. i went to the love day branch in johnnesburg where i spoke to dineo.she advised me to fill in an insurnace claim documents without explaining it to me i called the call centre where i spoke to one of the agents who assisted me telephonically. she blocked my phone and i went to the police station with the itc number provided to open a case. dineo never advised me to such a thing and she never asked if i blocked my cell phone or opened a case. i only had my id document and an affiodavid from the police station but the consultant who assisted me telephonically said that an affisdvaid was useless. i went to the branch today to get a new insurance claim document which i had to fill in myself the consultants at love day is useless. today i submitted my own documents where i had to email it to the insurance department. i dont know if my documents are correct but i tried. please assist me with my claim because i cant pay for a cellphone that i dont have. yours trully domenic watson
