I was unfortunate to have my cell phone. I contacted MTN and they provided me with my insurance companies details I had 48 hours to report the matter to the police and obtain a case number as per my insurance policy. I required the IMEI number in order to black list the phone and claim from my insurance provider. I immediately phoned MTN to obtain the number and was advised that they cannot assist me I have to find the box that the phone was delivered in I have been struggling for 3 days straight to obtain this number. i have phoned MTN more than once and they advised they cannot assist with the Details. I once again phoned MTN today and they referred me to Summer mobile in order to receive a copy of my contract I have now been on hold for over 45 minutes and counting. I finally got hold of summer mobile and they referred my to MTN to get a copy of the contract I am now not able to claim from my insurance due to poor client service I am not getting any assistance from my service provider and being send from pillar to post.
