Unsatisfactory Service - just no communication

Karabo Thantsa called me on the 11th of February to let me know that my claim has been authorised and advised that their service providers will be in contact with me, its almost a month and no phone call from anyone. you call the call centre to speak to Karabo but this woman never calls me back nor follow up, Eventually spoke to Nomonde who followed up with the service prodvider and they couldnt trace my claim, Nomonde said she will follow up with Karabo who was at a meeting at that time, Nomonde called me later to advise that she has spoken to Karabo and Karabo will call me back. Karabo has never gotten a chance to call me, i must keep follwing up with her and with an attitude she says i mu7st give her a time??? i mean really you dont call me back and you still need time
