I went into the branch to ask about the over charge on my contract and the consultant called the call centre and I spoke to Thabo, a RUDE guy!!! Instead of explaining or solving my query, he tells me that Vodacom can't eat my money why am I complaining if I'm the one using the phone!! Like really is this what Vodacom trains their call centre agents to be!!! He treated me like I have a grade 1 learner's IQ... So disappointed!!!
