I have experiencing problems with my cell for the last three months now already. I can't make or recieve phone nor can i recieve message or send messages, my 3g and internet also not working. The phone works fine but just the above is the problem. I phoned mtn twice for this problem and they said my line is open and they are not sure why its doing this and that i have to take it to a mtn service store near me. I took the to N1 city's mtn and they told me i needed a sim swap i did this paid R140 for this and it still did'nt want to work. So few weeks later i took the phone in for them to repair it. Reason for me taking the phone so late in is because i work shifts and i don'nt always have time to take it to them but i have been going back and forth to them with the phone and they don't tell me what the write papers to bring with as i bought the phone on mtn direct. The phone whent in for the repair and when i finally got it back after two weeks it still was not fix still having the same problem. Now this upsetting me because im paying for something that is not working. I'v been a loyal mtn user for many years now and now i very dissapointed in them and the service i got from them
